We accept returns of merchandise in new condition within 14 days. Please contact us.

Slimes are made fresh for you and may not be returned. We want you to be satisfied, however, so please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Slime is impacted by warm weather. During the summer months, please have activator ready before playing with your slime. Unfortunately due to the natural state of slime during these conditions we cannot replace or accept returns if slimes arrive sticky.
